Please note that a voucher number will be manually sent to you after you pay for you to then book your sessions. This may take up to 48hrs depending on when you purchase the pass due to staff work hours.

Soothe your muscles in our Clearlight infrared sauna, which provides ultra-low electric and magnetic field (EMF) and extremely low frequency (ELF) infrared therapy dedicated to raising your core body temperature for a more intense, revitalising sweat. Infrared saunas enhance immune function and cardiovascular health, as well as reducing joint pain and fatigue.

For the ultimate experience, use the ice shower for contrast therapy.
